Hey.  Who ordered pizza?

Wait a minute.  That’s not pizza.

It’s wings.

Welcome to the Egglayers of 2015.

They’re supposed to be pullets.  But at least a few will be roosters.

I’ll keep you updated.

You bring the blue cheese.

SOOOOO stinkin’ cute. Wouldn’t you get fluff in your teeth if you ate them this weekend? lol. I remember raising up cuties for 4H back in the day. It was agonizing.. and one year they told us our babies were 1 day too old to be contenders. My farming ambitions were crushed at 12 years old! sigh. I love that you are giving your children to see so much in their youth – and understand the circle of work and reward.

Memories!!! I remember my Dad getting chicks and ducklings in the mail from Sears and Roebuck!!!! Back in the 1950’s and 1960’s. You are quite the old fashioned farmer!!
