C’mon Already!

April 15th is the last frost date for my area.

But I don’t think we can wait for warm temperatures any longer.

The squash is blooming in the greenhouse.

If it gets any bigger before being moved to the garden, it will suffer a lot of  transplant shock.

The first preying mantis egg case hatched.

The mantis babies need a garden full of bugs before they get hungry enough to eat each other.

And judging by the peeping from under this sneaky hen in the hay bale, the first chicks have arrived.

C’mon already.

We’re starting without you!
